- Integrated plasma and CSF biomarker profiling of ALS patient cohorts using orthogonal ultra-sensitive MSD ECL ELISA and Alamar NULISAseq™ platforms to assess neurodegeneration-associated and inflammatory analytes
- Cross-platform validation of established ALS biomarkers including Nf-L, GFAP, and phosphorylated tau species, alongside exploratory profiling of interferon-associated inflammatory networks linked to disease biology
- Demonstration of Ulysses Neuroscience’s translational biomarker workflow capabilities spanning clinical biofluid analysis, multiplex immunoassays, multiomic proteomics, and human-relevant CNS biomarker discovery for neurodegenerative drug development
