Ricoh Biosciences is a leader in human iPSC-based technology, specializing in the development of high-quality, functionally relevant cell models for drug discovery. Leveraging advanced differentiation platforms, we generate diverse human cell types—including neurons, glial cells, and other disease-relevant models that include ALS—to enable more predictive preclinical research. At this conference, we will present our recent advances in human-relevant ALS models, including systems that recapitulate key disease features such as TDP-43 mislocalization and cryptic exon pathology.
